What Sizes Do We Offer?

We stock the following flange insert sizes:
13mm, 15mm, 17mm, 19mm, and 21mm

Your pump comes with either a 24mm flange or a 27mm flange—you choose at checkout.

⚠️ Important: Inserts are only compatible with the 24mm flange.

Why Proper Sizing Matters

Using the correct insert size = more comfort + better milk output.
The wrong size can lead to:

• Pain or discomfort

• Swelling or cracked nipples

• Poor suction and reduced milk flow

BabyReu inserts are designed for all breast shapes and sizes. For best results, wear your pump inside a firm-fitting bra, crop top, or nursing band to keep it snug and secure.

📏 How to Measure Your Nipples

Step 1
Measure your nipples before a pumping session. Pumping can cause temporary swelling that will give you an inaccurate size.

Step 2
Use a ruler or nipple measuring tool. Measure only the nipple—avoid including any part of the areola. Measure from the base of the nipple across the widest point (top to bottom).

Step 3
Measure both sides. Your left and right nipples may be different sizes, so measure each one individually.

Final Notes

• If your measurement falls between sizes, try sizing down for more stimulation or up for more comfort—whichever feels better for your body.

• Each pump includes a 24mm flange and multiple inserts to help you get the right fit.

• 27mm flanges are also available separately for those who need them.
