To clean your parts we recommend simply wash using warm soapy water with a soft cloth or brush. Ensure all parts are properly dry before using your pump so no liquid can enter the motors.
It’s very important to make sure you remove the motor before emptying out your milk from the collection cups.
Breast pumps are in contact with breast milk only which is sterile, we only recommend sterilising if baby has health complications or is premature.
Many dishwashers will operate at over 100° which can be harmful to your parts. This may cause them to warp or deteriorate and require replacing faster.
We recommend if you are to sterilise then make sure not to go over 100° for no longer than 5 minutes. Recommend methods of sterilising can be bench-top or boiling method.
Do not use a microwave steriliser, this can melt and warp your parts.
We don’t offer replacements if proper care hasn’t been taken.
BabyReu offers 1 year mechanical warranty.
Once you have discussed the fault with us we may request additional photos and videos to support your claim. If you cannot provide these then your warranty cannot be processed any further strictly.
Once warranty has been approved we will then process a replacement shipped directly to you please allow a processing time up to 2-7 business days. Thankyou for the patience.

Its handy and comfortable. Very easy to use
So easy to use. I was using an electric hand held pump while feeding on other side but this portable babyreu makes it so much easier to pump and all hands free, no more accidental spills or baby kicking wires out. Sits comfortably in my bra. I do have to restart the cycle again to finish but it pumps same amount as electric one. Very impressed and wish i purchased earlier.
As a busy mum, I couldn't find time to express without having to hold a pump in one hand and a feeding baby in the other. This makes it so much easier to express my milk while still being able to get things done!!!!
The most convient device ever. I can pump and feed at the same time not to mention complete housework aswell. Can't reccomend enough! 🙂
as a busy mum of 5 boys 3 being under 3 years old this portable pump is a life saver, not only is it handy it works better then my hospital grad pump, at the moment I'm experiencing cracked bleeding nipples which causes alot of pain but even on the low setting I was able to express 120ml from one side only..
