To clean your parts we recommend simply wash using warm soapy water with a soft cloth or brush. Ensure all parts are properly dry before using your pump so no liquid can enter the motors.
It’s very important to make sure you remove the motor before emptying out your milk from the collection cups.
Breast pumps are in contact with breast milk only which is sterile, we only recommend sterilising if baby has health complications or is premature.
Many dishwashers will operate at over 100° which can be harmful to your parts. This may cause them to warp or deteriorate and require replacing faster.
We recommend if you are to sterilise then make sure not to go over 100° for no longer than 5 minutes. Recommend methods of sterilising can be bench-top or boiling method.
Do not use a microwave steriliser, this can melt and warp your parts.
We don’t offer replacements if proper care hasn’t been taken.
BabyReu offers 1 year mechanical warranty.
Once you have discussed the fault with us we may request additional photos and videos to support your claim. If you cannot provide these then your warranty cannot be processed any further strictly.
Once warranty has been approved we will then process a replacement shipped directly to you please allow a processing time up to 2-7 business days. Thankyou for the patience.

The S9 pump is easy to use & very efficient. I am able to pump a large amount of milk in a short space of time. It’s very convenient when traveling and at work as it’s compact and no fuss!
I was quite dissapointed in the suction of the OG pump on both massage and express modes. I was expecting it to be a little bit better. When I ordered it they were supposed to come with free flange inserts and they were not received with the pumps. They are a nice size pump and not overly loud but overall disappointed
Megan was amazing with helping me with all my questions as i have inverted nipples and she made me feel comfortable with whatever i needed to ask so thank you so so much.
The product overall was excellent, having multiple children sitting down and pumping isn't really an option so these come in handy so much. The modes are also so useful eg, massage mode for my inverted nipples TIPS for inverted nipples make sure you measure with nipple out and before pumping make sure to put organic coconut oil or any edible lubes to lessen the friction. ANYONE WANNA BUY IT DO IT!!! you won't regret.

I first bought these pumps as I am returning to work & continue to breastfeed my 11 months old.
